The Hayloft

A good friend of ours got married early in the fall of 2016 at The Hayloft Dancehall in Picton, Ontario.  The County is a beautiful place to visit anytime of year, but it has extra meaning in October when the winemakers are keeping one eye on the weather and the other on the brix level of their harvest.  Kurt and Melissa chose a perfect day and a great venue.

Station Events put together a family style feast served as guests gathered around picnic tables.  Guests got to meet new friends and share stories about how they knew the bride and groom, while we warmed their bellies with fresh pierogies, slowly roasted pork shoulder and organic greens from The New Farm.

One of the best things about having Station Events at the wedding?  As soon as they took the job, all stress related to feeding our guests vanished. They took care of everything and the final result was amazing.  They care deeply about what they do and it shows in the details and every bite.  Seasonal ingredients, cooked with a lot of love and a lot of skill.  Huge thanks to them for a fantastic time.
