Being ingredient focused means our kitchen team preserves a lot of food.  We can fruit throughout the summer and fall to capture as much of the province’s best food, in hopes to carry some of those flavours with us into the long winter.  We had the good fortune to cook for the family and friends that run the Bernardin canning company and even better we were invited to cook the meal at The New Farm Kitchen.
